Shipping

Orders process with 24hrs of receiving payment. Once shipped it normally takes 3 to 5  business days to receive your order.(not including weekends, Holidays or natural disaster ). You will receive tracking via email.

Our business operating days is Monday through Friday. If you place an order during the weekend, your order will be processed during the next business day. So please allow extra time for shipping.

Please double check your shipping address before completing your to ensure its correct. If your shipping address is different from your billing, please make the necessary adjustments .

If package is sent the wrong location and has to be reshipped , the customer will pay extra fees.

If package is shipped to you and you do not accept it, shipping cost will be deducted from the cost of your hair purchase.
